“You just have to live and life will give you pictures.”

— Henri Cartier-Bresson

Public Expression

In my final semester, I participated in an enriching photography workshop that significantly deepened my appreciation for this captivating art form. The class provided me with the opportunity to train my eye to notice the subtle nuances of everyday life, allowing me to distinguish between simply taking a photo and truly creating a compelling photograph. For our final project, we were tasked with the exciting challenge of capturing images based on a series of preselected themes over a span of six weeks, which thoughtfully included city parks, picturesque waterfronts, engaging events, the concept of touch, and the expression of kindness. As we diligently developed our portfolios each week, it became essential to ensure that our final selection of 20 photographs shared a cohesive and harmonious theme. I sincerely hope that you experience the intimacy and celebration of life that is beautifully reflected in my final collection
of images.
